Return and Exchanges

Once your order has been processed on the website, you have six hours to change your mind. If you cancel your order within six hours, you will get a full refund, minus any credit/debit card processing fees. After four hours, cancellations are not possible.

Once an order has been shipped, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for hygienic reasons.

In the unlikely event you receive the wrong product, or there is a problem with your order, please contact us immediately and we will work to find a solution. Your satisfaction is our goal, so we will do what we can to make you happy!
