Each Blue Quail product is crafted by hand in small batches. Because of this, slight variations in color, shape, and weight are part of their natural beauty — a reflection of the pure ingredients and human touch behind each bar.
Return Policy
Because of the personal nature of my products, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if something isn’t right with your order, I’m happy to offer a refund — and you’re welcome to keep the product.
Quality & Care
I pour great care into every step of the process — from formulation to packaging — to ensure each item meets the highest standards of quality. If your order arrives damaged or you’re unhappy with any part of your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it so we can discuss the issue and find a thoughtful resolution together.
Ingredient Transparency
Each product is made with 100% pure, organic, non-GMO oils and botanically rich essential oils. Though gentle, please discontinue use if irritation occurs or if you have a known sensitivity to any listed ingredient. If you are pregnant, consult your physician before using products containing essential oils.
